in the oil
industry in
1975 after
graduating
with a
Bachelor of
Science
Degree (Hons.)
in
Mathematics
& Further
Mathematics
from the
University
of the West
Indies St
Augustine.
In December
1975, Mr.
Baldeosingh
started
working as a
Trainee
Petroleum
Engineer
with
Trinidad &
Tobago Oil
Company
Limited (TRINTOC)
and
progressed
to the
position of
Eastern
District
Manager by
1990. Other
key
positions
held in the
organization
include
Production
Manager at
Trinmar,
Project
Leader –
International
Business,
Manager –
Production
Operations,
Manager
Operations
Support,
Technical
Manager and
Manager
Production-LNE.
The Production
Operations
Group in the
Exploration
and
Production
Division is
responsible
for the safe
and
efficient
exploitation
of our Oil
and Gas
Reserves in
our Land,
East Coast
and Trinmar
Leases
(excluding
the JV,
LO/FO
leases) by
drilling and
producing
wells;
designing,
installing,
operating
and
maintaining
facilities,
and to
provide
these
services,
according to
Regulatory
and other
International
Standards.
