Petrotrin
will shortly start the acquisition of a 3D Land Seismic Survey in their
North West District and API’s Oropouche farmout area of South Trinidad.
The Survey reaches North into the Phillipine/ Debe area, South to
Siparia/ Palo Seco, West to Point Fortin and finally North to Rousillac/
La Romain.
The actual
survey will be handled by a seismic company acting as an independent
contractor. Experienced seismic workers and specialists will be in the
area conducting this work over a period of up to 12 months.
The
seismic company hopes to start field work in February 2010 and complete
work by December 2010. |
