Mr. Forde is a graduate of the Concordia
University in Montreal, Canada. He holds
a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical
Engineering.
Mr. Forde, who joined the Company in 2005, draws from a
wealth of experience of the energy
industry having held senior positions in
a number of oil and gas companies since
1980.
As General Manager, Refining, Mr. Forde's key
accountabilities include maximising the
value of refinery product yield through
world-class performance in HSE, unit
cost, asset utilisation, energy
performance and people development.
His personal goal is to move the
Pointe-a-Pierre refinery from 4th
quartile to 2nd quartile performance.
