Resources
Management

Business
Administration.
As General
Manager,
Human
Resources,
Ms. David
has
responsibility
for Human
Resource
Services,
Organisation
Effectiveness
and Human
Resource
Development,
Health,
Safety and
the
Environment,
and
Compensation.
Her Division
is required
to support
the
organisation
through the
designs of
structures,
systems,
policies and
procedures
all aimed at
achieving
the overall
targets of
the
organisation.
